Available Now // The Air Max2 Light is Next to Tackle the AM95’s “Vast Grey” Colorway

After a successful return to market earlier this year, the Beaverton-based brand is getting heavy-handed on the Air Max2 Light drops for Spring/Summer, with this light and bright “Vast Grey” iteration — clearly inspired by the Air Max 95 from 2000 — set to land at stores over the coming weeks.

This season, Nikehas shown an interest in retrospective Air Max colorways. This pair joins the recently released “Neon” Air Max2 Light, which also took on an iconic Air Max 95’s OG colorway, continuing the AM2 Light’s homage streak of releases. Sporting an off-white mesh base, it’s paired with sail suede overlays at the toe, and jagged Vast Grey leather overlays from toe to heel. Contrasting black sock liners and sole units add a bold touch, while Fresh Mint Swooshes, heel branding, and Air units complete the design

Loving the vintage vibes? 2000’s Air Max 95 “Vast Grey” made a retrospective return earlier this year, along with an accompanying Air Max 1 and Air Max 98 in the same palate. Also revisiting old-school AM95 colorways was the Air Max 270 and Air Max2 Light, which took on the OG “Neon” aesthetic just this week.
