With a track record of completely misfiring on the timing of their holiday releases, it looks like the Swoosh has finally learned their lesson, as they’ve prepared their annual Nike Air Trainer 1 “Valentine’s Day” release well in advance; a mere four months before the famous Hallmark holiday.

Joining the Nike Air More Uptempo and Nike Dunk Lowin being revealed earlier this year in sample form, official images of the collection’s retail Nike Air Trainer 1 have landed. Unlike the pack’s Dunk and More Uptempo, which differ materially from the first-revealed samples, the Nike Air Trainer 1 didn’t go through much of an overhaul, as it retains almost everything that was first seen. It proffers a shaggy “Dark Pony” suede upper, with creamy “Coconut Milk” leather uppers, and pops of “Medium Soft Pink” filling up the brand marks and minor accentuations.

Though a release date for the 2023 Nike Air Trainer 1 “Valentine’s Day” is not yet set, you would expect to see pairs arrive before the mid-February celebration.
