Wild New Nike Blazer Mids Feature Gradient, Iridescent and Holographic Finishes!

After a long, long run of incredibly basic options, only now are we beginning to see some vibrant and colorful options of the revered Nike Blazer. We are, after all, heading into the Summer months, and the Blazer is one of those sneakers that, despite it’s mid-cut, will hang around for the heat. And now we arrive to arguably the silhouette’s most audacious releases yet.

The two-piece pack just touched down in Japan this morning, with black and white optioned featuring wild iridescent Swooshes, holographic heel panels, and gradient/translucent soles. Each slightly differing in construction, both features the aforementioned iridescent Swooshes and holographic heels, with the white pair adding in gradient midsoles that run from blue on the medial to pink in the rear, to yellow on the lateral. The Black pair arrives with clean white midsoles, but there’s in more iridescent touches to the toebox. Underfoot of both pairs, you’ll find more gradient finishes peering through an icy blue translucent outsole. Elsewhere, you’ll find standard ’77 finishes, including suede overlays, leather liners, and exposed foam tongues.
