Nikes Goes Collegiate on this Burgundy Blazer Mid

Over the past few years, the Nike Blazer has recently been exploring some diverse themes and materials. From Rock ‘n’ Roll-inspired releases to washed denim and woven hemp textile, the Swoosh has been putting the emphasis on the lifestyle side of things. As we look to Fall 2022, Nike will look to add retro collegiate themes to the silhouette, with a handful of gum-soled, double-Swooshed releases decked out in heritage prep school colors.

One of those is this burgundy and white release, which utilizes the former across the majority of the upper, with tongues, liners, and forefoot suede overlays all color matched. Bright whites strike the heel panel, Swoosh underlay, laces, and tongue tags, with midsoles also following suit. Lastly, the pair is hit with a gum rubber tread to complete the design.
