The Blazer Mid Joins Nike’s Impending “Tartan” Collection

Nike will extend their use of tartan from the Air Jordan 1 and the Nike Dunkto another classic hoops shoe, with this Nike Blazer Mid “Tartan” joining what is becoming an extensive Nike Sportswear collection for the Fall season.

Here, the Swoosh has deployed the titular textile at the heel in a pack-specific green, black, and red weave. The rest of the release is fairly straightforward, withe a buttery black leather build and color-match nylon tongue up front, a set of sail leather Swooshes, and an off-white sole unit sitting underfoot to complete the design.

A release date did not accompany the official image set below, but you should expect to see a rollout of the Nike Blazer Mid “Tartan” hit select retailers over the Fall season.
