Nobody in Nike Basketball’s current signature lineup has handled storytelling quite like Devin Booker. The Nike Book 1 built its identity around the things that shape his world — vintage cars, desert tones, workwear, classic hoop shoes, and the kind of details that feel pulled from his own closet rather than a boardroom moodboard. Now, with the Nike Book 2 finally beginning to show itself, that same personal language is getting louder.

The latest example is the Nike Book 2 “Tiger Camo,” which debuted by Booker during Nike’s Just Do It Day celebrations at the brand’s World Headquarters in Beaverton. While the model itself has yet to officially launch, this unreleased colorway offers one of the clearest looks at where the second chapter could be heading.

The pair is covered almost entirely in a bold tiger camouflage print, mixing orange, black, and earthy green across the upper. The same pattern continues across the midsole, making the execution feel less like an accent and more like the shoe's entire point. Black laces, a black Swoosh, and a gum-style outsole keep the palette grounded, while “Chapter Two” appears on the heel pull tab as a direct nod to the next stage of Booker’s signature line.

It also feels right in step with Book’s wider taste. Where recent pairs have leaned into Sedona references, classic car culture, and desert-coded colorways, this Nike Book 2 “Tiger Camo” taps into something more rugged and outdoors-driven. It is louder than much of what we saw from the first model, but it still feels connected to the same personal archive.

A release date for the Nike Book 2 “Tiger Camo” has not yet been confirmed, but the pair is currently expected to release on July 31st.

For more on Nike Basketball, the Nike Ja 4 is expected to launch later this year.
