Nike Dunk Low “Michigan” Drops April 16th

Nike Dunk Low “Michigan” Drops April 16th

It’s official: The Nike Dunk is about to see a mass flooding of the market — and we couldn’t be happier about it. After strategically releasing in limited production and frequency in 2020 to drum-up interest, the iconic 1985 silhouette is not set for a fully-fledged assault in 2021. Next month alone we have five colorways of the Highs and Lows hitting stores, as well as the silhouette hitting Nike By You early next year. And if that wasn’t enough, another two colorways have just appeared — a low-cut “University Blue”, and this OG-inspired Nike Dunk Low “Michigan”

Hype heads will immediately recognize these from Virgil Abloh’s recent Dunk Low drops, as well as seeing its release in its true OG High cut re-release in September 2020. This time, though, it’s a Low, and like the others before it, it arrives in its traditional blocking and construction. Here, smooth Varsity Maize leather uppers work with striking white midsoles to provide the pair’s navy overlays a bright base to pop from. Yellow Nylon tongues are tipped with blue-branded tags, while liners of navy match that of the laces and outsole to complete the design.

Though a release date for the Nike Dunk Low “Michigan” not yet known, it is likely to arrive in the early months of 2021 — but until then, you can enjoy a first look at the pair (in GS sizing) here below.
