Nike will welcome the 2023 Lunar New Year with a smorgasbord of themed sneakers, from colorful creations that celebrate the festival’s vibrant fireworks and traditional prints, to direct nods to the zodiac animal of the impending year, the rabbit. Last seen in 2011, the bunny graced classics like the Air Jordan 7 and the Air Force 1 in limited quantities. Mush the same can’t be said for 2023, with now four iterations of the 2023 Nike Dunk Low “Year of the Rabbit” expected to release this month, the newest appearing in a mix of red-orange and brown.

Like the three previously-previewed pairs, this too leans on chenille Swooshes and character tongue tags (“Rabbit” in Chinese), and both lateral heel and insole motifs identical to those seen on 2011’s regional AF-1 release. Here, tough, the colors are drastically different, with a dusty Mars-red suede upper, smooth brown leather overlays, burgundy Chenilles, and Jade embroidery in the back. Gold dresses the aforementioned motifs, with a sail and orange sole unit sitting underfoot to complete the design.

Grab a very first look at the fourth Nike Dunk Low “Year of the Rabbit” for 2023 below, and expect to see and learn more of the release soon.

If you can’t wait for the drop, then you can scoop up pairs now from select aftermarket sites like Flight Club and GOAT.
