Nike Basketball continues to dominate NBA and WNBA hardwoods. And while the hoops-obsessed division consistently stays in the lab to innovate for tomorrow's game, it's also made a conscious effort to revisit some of its archive, allowing some designs to have second and third lives. Through April, the brand will reissue the original Air Zoom G.T. Cut in its "Think Pink" makeup in honor of the late Sandra Kay Yow.
Officially clad in a "Pure Platinum/Regal Pink/Cool Grey/Pink Blast" color scheme, the pair debuted in 2022. Then the marquee silhouette in Nike's Greater Than series, the style quickly sold out due to its highly-praised performance and impeccable look. Similar to the iconic Kobe 9 "Think Pink" PE reserved for Swoosh-sponsored college programs, the commemorative G.T. Cut 1 features vibrant tones throughout its build, as well as pink ribbon emblems on the right shoe's spine. A speckled midsole rounds out the reissue.
