Kyrie Irving’s fixation on ancient Egyptian mythology has been more evident than anything else in his signature Nike sneaker line, with all-seeing eyes, hieroglyphic motifs, and collaborations all honoring Horus and his godly gang. This new Kyrie 8 “Pyramid” release is one of those, as it once again ties the aforementioned eye and pyramid motifs across its psychedelic graphic uppers, as well as deploying a special motif at the tongue.
Graphic uppers arrive in hues of sandy gold, blistering orange, and stone greys, with sole units underfoot aiming to mirror this — with a pop of volt underfoot for good measure. The tongue and rear-end are fairly reserved, with ultra-light violet suede, textile, and leather filling the heel. More colorful prints return out back, with the pair then completed by a black-stitched Swoosh on the lateral ankle.
A release date for the Nike Kyrie 8 “Pyramid” has not yet been set, but with official imagery for the pair available now, you should expect to see a release soon. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
