Retro-active!
The trend of LeBron’s signature sneakers tackling iconic colorways from the Swoosh’s storied past continues, with the King’s latest retro-inspired colorway arriving by way of 1994’s Air Max Trainer 2.
Decked out in a mix of Hyper Jade, Total Orange, and Electric Green color scheme, the pair not only sports mid-90s-vibes colors but also the period’s Air Max tongue branding, which is also found on the Air Max 94 and Air Max2 Light. It’s all-Jade woven upper arrives with contrasting white laces, and black tongues, while purple lacestays streak down the traditional tongue. Wrapping the upper is a bold tennis ball green, with it’s Nike Air heel branding has been replaced by Nike LBJ, and the pair rests upon a multi-colored sole unit to complete the design.
