As we roll on into the warmer months, the select on low-cut hoops kicks begins to soar. Leading the way for 2020 is the Nike LeBron 17 Low, which has already seen some notable releases including a Bugs Bunny/Space Jam release for All-Star weekend, and a clean Metallic Gold pair earlier this month. Now it’s time for something a little more subdued, with this upcoming pair, unimaginably dubbed the “LeBron James” LeBron 17 Low.
One would suggest that these would have been part of Nike’s Olympic-themed releases, with the insole silhouettes and heel embroidery arriving in the colors of the Olympic Flag: White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Black. Aside from those color pops, the pair arrives pretty basic, with black mesh uppers and white branding hits throughout. The sweeping tow-to-heel overlays arrive in a bubble-texture weave, while black midsoles and white React-loaded outsoles complete the design.
