Now arriving in a third rendition, the Nike LeBron 17 “Graffiti” — inspired by the LeBron 4 of the same name — has just appeared in a striking red rendering, one that perhaps was meant to form part of the Nike Hoops Olympic schedule. We say that because of the pair’s inclusion of a navy-lined collar and other subtle blue accents that move the pair into the national thematic. The timing, too, is key, with the Summer games originally meant to kick off next Thursday.
Inspiration aside, the pair arrives with every woven fiber of the upper in a piercing red, with Foamposite-inspired guards featuring a similar shade on the scribe. Stark whites on the collar, laces, and shell are just as bold as the aforementioned red, ao much so that the pair’ss translucent sole unit goes unnoticed. Capping off the design is a glistening jewel Swoosh at the ankle and metallic silver LBJ23 hardware at the collar.
