The back-end of 2022 will be one of the biggest periods in recent times for the Nike LeBron line. Firstly, the signature line is about to celebrate its 20th season, with the brand expected to release the Nike LeBron 20 later this year. From first impressions, the model is expected to be one of the most anticipated in years. You can now add to that the brand’s first-ever retro run of the Nike LeBron 2, which is expected to release its first colorway during the Fall/Winter season.
Whilst we already have word on the OG “USA” release, another pair from 2004 is set to join the cause; this one releasing at retail for the very first time.
Created as a Player Exclusive issue for LeBron during an exhibition contest against Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv, the Nike LeBron 2 “Maccabi” features a regal gold and white arrangement, with a laser-etched collar, huge brand marks, and all-around boldness that the silhouette is known for.
A release date for the first-ever release of the Nike LeBron 2 “Maccabi” is not yet confirmed, but the model is set to return starting this Autumn — so expect to hear more details soon.
