Nike LeBron 7 “Christ the King” Returns this December

You just can’t predict LeBron’s retro lineage. One day we’re getting a never-released PE as a general release, the next they bring back something with an extremely low demand like the LeBron 9 Low “Liverpool”. It’s about as predictable as the King’s unstoppable moves on the court. But despite the rarity or not, the silhouettes have rarely sold out. With the exception of the recently-released “Media Day” LeBron 7, most of the King’s reissues, PE or not, have sat for days, weeks, and in some cases, months, ending up on the discount rack. The next to join the mixed-bag of retro releases is another rare one, the Nike LeBron 7 CTK “Christ the King” — and from initial feels around the market, this might be the one to really rejuvenate the retro lineage.

The pair was designed to honor one of the top High School basketball schools in the country, and of course, the colors of the LeBron 7 CTK were equally attractive in its similarities to the Cavs team colors. Pairs originally dropped in very limited quantities back in 2010, and still fetch a pretty penny on the aftermarket, surely indicating that these will, too. @SHOF is reporting that the pair will return this December, with specifics to follow. Until then, take a look at the ultra-rare 2010 pair here below, and keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates.

In related news, the LeBron 7 “MVP” is rumored to return next month!
