Dad sneakers for the freakers.

Kanye’s year-long hiatus from Twitter ended last week – and whilse most of us getting the notification thought we were getting a fresh new album from the self-professed musical genius, he was actually taking a pot-shot at this sneaker.

Kanye compared Nike’s new M2K Monarch to his Yeezy Boost 700 stating that Nike stole inspo from his much-debated design. He later went back on that statement, stating that everything is inspired by something; no one is reinventing the wheel – amidst calls that he stole his inspo for that sneaker from an old Nike silhouette.

Yeezy hate aside, these new Nike Monarch are fire. we first copped a look at a vibrant orange pair for women, but this Black and Volt option is the first look at a men’s colorway.
