Nike Mind 001 "Sail" Releases April 1

Nike continues to build out its neuroscience-informed footwear lineup with the upcoming Nike Mind 001 “Sail.” Set to release on April 1 for $95, the new colorway follows earlier entries in the Mind 001 series, which focuses on comfort, sensory balance, and everyday wear rather than performance use.

Dressed in a soft off-white “Sail” finish, the slide leans into minimalism. The seamless foam construction, rounded shape, and contoured footbed remain unchanged, designed to reduce pressure points and create a relaxed, easy-on feel. There’s no overt branding or technical flash, reinforcing the idea that the Mind 001 is meant to fade into daily routines rather than stand out.

The Mind 001 sits within Nike’s broader Mind Science initiative, which applies research around comfort, perception, and mental ease to product design.

The Nike Mind 001 “Sail” is set to release on April 1 through Nike.com and select retailers.
