Suede Surfaces on the Nike Shox R4 “Cement Grey” for Fall 2025

Nike’s Shox resurgence continues to carve out space in niche corners of the sneaker market. Buoyed by standout collaborations and a series of sleek women’s exclusives, the silhouette has found new life over the past few years. Now, with Fall 2025 on the horizon, Nike is ready to shift gears once again with the reveal of the Nike Shox R4 “Cement Grey.”

Far removed from the model’s flashy early 2000s origins, this new pair adopts a more subdued, contemporary approach. The most significant departure from tradition comes via its neutral grey suede overlays across the midsection, swapping out the signature synthetic sheen for a more tactile, matte finish. The remainder of the sneaker arrives dipped in tonal Cement Grey, from the perforated toe to the molded heel panel.

Black accents are used sparingly to trim the branding at the tongue and sidewalls, while metallic silver hits appear on the rear Shox columns to nod to the silhouette’s tech-forward legacy. This blend of restrained color blocking and soft materials gives the design a refined, lifestyle-friendly look while maintaining its athletic roots.
