Nike continues to reintroduce its early-2000s tech runners with updated palettes, and Fall 2025 will see the return of the Nike Shox Ride 2 in a clean “Light Bone” colorway.
The silhouette arrives dressed in a layered mesh and leather upper, completely wrapped in various tones of light bone and cream. Hints of white help define the paneling, while the sneaker’s signature four-column Shox system underfoot provides a sharp contrast in black. A matching black Swoosh along the lateral and heel plate adds to the shoe’s subtle athletic appeal.
Though the Shox Ride 2 isn’t known for the same mainstream fame as its TL counterpart, it has steadily carved out a niche with fans of performance runners and archival models alike. This understated “Light Bone” version continues that trajectory, leaning into today’s trends for neutral-toned footwear while retaining the techy, nostalgic DNA of the original.
The Nike Shox Ride 2 “Light Bone” is expected to release in Fall 2025 for $170 at Nike.com and select retailers.
