Nike is taking its commitment to fitness beyond apparel and footwear with the official launch of Nike Studios, a new series of boutique-style fitness clubs now open in California and Texas. Designed to make world-class training more accessible and community-driven, the initiative includes three specialized offerings: Nike Training Studio, Nike Running Studio, and Nike Strength Studio.
At Nike Training Studio, members can expect high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength-based workouts built around purposeful movement. Rotating class formats target different muscle groups using a mix of weights, kettlebells, sleds, and sandbags, ensuring a full-body approach that minimizes burnout while maximizing results.
Nike Running Studio delivers a dynamic treadmill-and-floor experience tailored for runners at all levels—from first-timers to marathoners. Each session emphasizes a unique aspect of running fitness, and the immersive “NRS Pack Screen” lets participants compete in real-time challenges, turning each workout into a motivating game.
Nike Strength Studio caters to those ready to unlock their power through structured lifting programs. Whether it's breaking personal records or building foundational strength, participants receive expert coaching and form feedback in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Together, the three studio experiences form a holistic offering aimed at redefining group training with Nike’s signature blend of performance, innovation, and style.
Expect more Nike Studios to open nationwide as the brand leans further into its wellness and lifestyle ambitions.
