Nike’s Total 90 III revival continues at pace, with the lifestyle adaptation of the early-2000s indoor football boot getting another clean, color-blocked finish for the Fall season.

Joining the previously previewed “University Blue” pair is a new “Gym Red” option that draws direct inspiration from one of the original boots worn on the pitch during the silhouette’s heyday in the early 2000s. Like its predecessor, this version retains the model’s signature split medial-lateral color blocking — a hallmark of its performance design — but now reinterpreted through a contemporary streetwear lens.

Smooth white leather forms the base, with the striking “Gym Red” hit arriving on the medial side. Branding is kept classic with crisp white Swooshes and the unmistakable circular Total 90 emblem on the forefoot. Underfoot, a black rubber outsole brings the boot into lifestyle territory while keeping the aggressive sport-forward aesthetic intact.

This “Gym Red” edition does more than just revisit the past — it elevates it for a new generation. While its throwback palette and familiar features serve as a nod to Nike Football’s golden era, its updated tooling and off-pitch sensibilities give the pair fresh relevance.

The Total 90 III “Gym Red/White” is scheduled to release via Nike SNKRS on Wednesday, July 16, for $115. Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, as well as campaign imagery featuring Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Ethan Nwaneri.
