Chitose Abe’s eclectic style has set her sacailabel apart from anything else on the market. So much so, she’s been outfitting the likes of self-proclaimed fashion God ASAP Rocky in her all-new Nike LDV Waffle. With many other high profile people procuring their pairs early, Chitose felt the need to spread the love to the masses, too, releasing two colorways of the Waffle early, via her Website and her traveling pop-up, which sits currently in Paris.

Infusing the retro-leaning Daybreak and Waffle Racer, the ex-CDG designer has effectively incorporated hybrid motifs into the extended branches of her brand universe, paving the way for quite a few exclusives past this. Originally scheduled to hit retailers in Feb/March of this year — and after push back after pushback — a release date has finally been set for the sacai x Nike collection of LDV Waffles and Blazers set to touch down on Nike SNKRS on May 30th.
