Italian streetwear boutique Slam Jam return for a second flipped Nike Blazer Mid — and this time they’re flipping more than the Swoosh.
Back in February of this year, we saw the retailers dish up a special vintage edition of the iconic Nike sneaker in celebration of Pitti Uomo 95. That pair came in a classic white paired with Black Swooshes (one of those flipped) as well as special throwback embellishments, including “Class of ’77” eroded heel detail, raw suede overlays, vintage tongue tags, and exposed foam tongues. Medial panels arrived in tumbled leather and lateral in canvas, and it sat atop a clean white cupsole to complete the design. Their second-up effort mimics this, but flips the switch on the color blocking; Black replaces the all-white uppers and White arrives on the Swooshes, yet the cupsole remains the same.
