Having leaked back in May last year, the mythical OFF-WHITE x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Lemonade” has been somewhat of obscurity Not much was known about the pair, nor was anything reported on it since. But fresh info today courtesy of @SHOF and @brandon1an have clarified the specifics for the pair, which is now expected to arrive in July.
There is a catch, though: Pairs are expected to release exclusively at Virgil’s ICA Boston exhibit. There’s are also two expected colorways to be released; one pictured like our mock-up above and below, the other in all-yellow with a black Swoosh. Considering the Uni Blue pair dropped at Chicago’s MCA in the same fashion, it appears that yet again we’ll be forced to fork out several stacks on the aftermarket to secure a pair.
There is some good news, though, with yesterday’s announcement that Virgil and Nike will revisit their multi-pair collaborative capsule, with the OFF-WHITE x Nike “The 50” collection expecting to see a release later this year as a pretty hefty consolation prize. As for this pair, though, we’ll expect to see some first looks and further details in the coming weeks and months, so be sure to keep your eyes locked on the official HOUSE OF HEAT Twitter account for updates.
Update 07.08.21 Official images of the OFF-WHITE x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Lemonade” have been RE-loaded onto the Nike server to better reflect the actual release (the first batch were washed out during export). The fresh shots have been added below, so take a look through both the official and in-hand looks at the pair as we wait for more info on its release to arrive. Update 07.10.21 Virgil himself has just indicated that pairs of the OFF-WHITE x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Lemonade” will release as a Boston regional release via SNKRS today, July 10th. If you’re nearby, be sure to check into your app for updates.
Additional pairs will be available at OFF-WHITE retail locations across the US, so be sure to check your local store’s IG page for details.
