Nike's Air Force 1 has long been cemented in the sneaker pantheon. Yet, the "presidential" design continues to experiment more than 40 years after its debut. Come Summer 2026, the low-top silhouette is expected in three different makeups courtesy of Vibram.
The news arrives after Nike, Inc. CEO Elliott Hill assured investors that the brand would move away from franchises like the Air Force 1 Low. The first half of 2025 has seen a plethora of new takes on Bruce Kilgore's creation, and the impending Vibram project suggests the new year will be no different.
The quartet will see "Black," "Summit White," "Clay Green," and "Silt Red" color schemes across its reworked build. Full leather construction is abandoned in favor of a tumbled leather and fabric execution across the upper. The capsule's highlight, however, is the Vibram rubber coverage underfoot, denoted with the brand's iconic yellow lowercase wordmark right below Air text on the midsole.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com release details. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the collection's "Summit White," "Clay Green," and "Off-Noir" styles ahead.
The "Black" pair is available now at All The Right.
