Can you smell that? Love is definitely in the Air — and for Nike, they’re taking that literally with a second loved-up release on the way for V-Day. Materializing just moments ago, this Nike Air Max 90 “Valentine’s Day” is the next of what is believed to be an extensive pack for the mid-February festivity, likely to join the recently-revealed “Love For All” Air Force 1 Low for release early next year.

Ostensibly taking on an aesthetic that’s akin to the Strangelove Dunk Low, the pair hosts a clean White, Tulip Pink, and University Red color palette in a subtly unique construction. Gone are mesh uppers in favor of smooth white leathers, while muted suede overlays come reminiscent of lightly dusted candy hearts. Further streaks of white are ushered in over the mudguard and midsole to give the pair anomalous blocking, before love heart-red races in across a handful of accentuations. One of those is the pair’s love note tongue tags, both of which open up to reveal messages of undying love for the silhouette. More subtly, eyelet holes have been replaced by miniature love hearts for the last affectionate accents, and the pair is completed by a set of mismated insoles, two sets of laces, and a special-edition box.

Retailers throughout Europe and Asia have listed up a February 6th release for the “Valentine’s Day” Air Max 90. Other regions are yet to announce their release plans, for the pair, so stay tuned into our official Twitter accountfor updates.

Nike has pushed back their release of the “Valentine’s Day” Air Max 90 to ~~February 19th~~ (and again) ~~February 23rd~~ (and again) ~~to March 3rd~~ (and again) to March 16th (They may as well release them for next year’s Valentine’s Day at this point!)
