adidas Adds Exposed Foam to the Forum 84 High “Magic Beige”

Though the silhouette itself has been privy to a handful of aged-look releases over the last few years, the model has somewhat managed to avoid exposed-foam construction; that is, until now, as this new adidas Forum 84 Hi “Magic Beige” finally bites the bullet.

Built mostly in warm white leathers, the pair’s simplicity is continued through an understated trio of suede stripes in beige, with each shade lighter than the last. These warming hues are mirrored underfoot, as sail-tinted midsoles and light tan outsoles add further weight to the vintage aesthetic. Here, though, it’s the exposed-foam liners that champion the pair, a subtle detail that reflects the overarching simplicity of the pair. Lastly, heritage gold foil branding at the ankle and strap complete the design.

With the era of the “age-look” aesthetic reaching maturity, this new release has come right on time. Furthermore, its appearance moments before Fall kicks in makes it doubly enticing; and that $130 price point sold sell you if it hasn’t already.
