Where to Buy the Kerwin Frost x adidas Forum Low “Benchmates”

On-boarded as a brand creator back in 2020, it took Harlem-born entertainer, comedian, party host, DJ, and streetwear marvel Kerwin Frost a little over a year to debut his first Three Stripe collaboration in the Superstuffed Superstar; a fairly tame first effort. His follow-up effort, though, is much more in-line with Kerwin’s — eh — genre, with outright terrifying adidas Forum Hi “Humancives” originally thought to be a sick joke (it probably actually is.) His third try, this Kerwin Frost x adidas Forum Low “Benchmates”, is definitely more palatable, despite its use of gaudy hues and colorful characters.

The official story of the sneaker is not clear and given its title and colorful characters glazed on the TPU overlay at the midfoot, the story is bound to be a good one. What we can see is are graphics of a young Kerwin, a weasel in a space helmet, a giant chipmunk, and a mother and baby alligator, set atop a multi-colored leather construct. You’ll find a bright mint base overlayed with patent leathers in blue, red, and yellow, with green leather liners rounding out the rainbow. There are Kerwin Frost-branded straps and insoles, as well as bright yellow laces, sail and orange sole units, and red heel clips completing the design.

A release date for the Kerwin Frost x adidas Forum Low “Benchmates” has not yet been set, but with official images surfacing today, you can expect to see a rollout of the release soon.
