Cleveland Cavaliers Tickets Are Going for an Absurdly Low Price

    Times are tough.

with the departure of LeBron James to Los Angeles, the Cleveland Cavaliers certainly lost a big part of their appeal.

    But this? This is ridiculous.

Apparently a pair of seats for Wednesday’s Cavs-Brooklyn Nets game at Quicken Loans Arena were selling for a paltry two dollars just before tip-off last night.

Doesn’t anybody have any kids who’d like to watch some real live NBA action?

Granted, the tickets weren’t the best seats in the house, but even for nosebleeds, that’s got to be at least a 20-dollar loss. As a reminder, this arena hosted the NBA Finals just five months ago.

    Still too expensive

    Ouch.

Cleveland is 0-3, and they’ve made fewer three pointers than 28 of the other 29 teams in the league–including fewer than Steph Curry by himself. It’s no wonder that nobody’s interested in paying much hard-earned money to watch the on-court product.

Seeing the price drop in Cavs tickets might be surprising, but it’s not entirely unexpected given the team’s poor performance.

If you’re near the Cleveland area and you’re looking for something cheap to do on a weekend, it looks like the Q is gonna be the place to go, especially if the Cavs don’t improve.
