Nice Kicks x Amoeba Music x New Balance 992 Releases April 2

The first images have emerged of a Nice Kicks x Amoeba Music x New Balance 992 collab that’s dropping as soon as next week!

Amoeba Music has been a meeting point for California’s most colorful community of progressive and creative minds since the ’90s. Combine that with New Balance‘s history of working with independent brands, and we’d say that news of this collab is music to our ears.

The “Peace through Music” collection is inspired by Amoeba’s iconic neon signs which can be easily identified in the two sneakers that capture the uniqueness and vibrancy of the stores. Images show a beautifully natural grey suede upper, a yellow toe, and teal laces on one pair. Whilst we are teased with what looks to be a black suede upper, teal toe, and red laces on the other, this time finished off with a cream bumper. Both pairs have the words “Peace” and “Music” on the heel.

So far we know that the collaboration will consist of these sneakers as well as an apparel range, so stay glued to this channel as well as our official Twitter account for more updates ahead of the April 2nd release.

Update // Nice Kicks has given us a detailed look at the collection, including the two 992s and accompanying apparel. A release date has been set for April 2nd, with the capsule hitting ShopNiceKicks.com at 10 am ET on the day.
