The New Balance 998 Arrives in Aqua and Sand

One thing we’ve never heard New Balance fans ever complain about is the Boston-based brand’s obsession with execution and quality. Their obsession with producing some of the finest footwear on the market has led the brand to create it’s own niche of fans who expect consistency and classic designs. New Balance’s next offering is no different. These new 998s still hold their design heritage, but have added in a few pops of modern-day color blocks of Yellow, Sand and Aqua to offset the brand’s iconic Grey hues. NB are obviously dreaming of warmer days ahead, with a clear inspiration drawn from where the ocean meets the sand, but keeping it cool — like only Boston knows how — with warmth-lacking greys. New England mainstay’s “Made In USA” stamp of quality caps of yet another classic offering from New Balance.
