The great outdoors is a frequent inspiration for the Air Max 95 — after all, it was conceived by Sergio Lozano, who was working in Nike’s ACG category during the mid-’90s. Now, in its 25th anniversary year, it once again returns to its ACG influence with an earthy black, olive, and tan option that’s topped with some ACG-inspired color hits.
Here, a ballistic mesh upper in olive is overlayed by black netting, and a quartet of leather overlays from tan, olive, dark olive, and black, and is propped up by sail and black sole unit. Striking red swatches sprinkle the sneaker, with eyelets, Swoosh embroidery, Air supports, and tongue detail all boasting the hue, before the pair adds in some extra ACG inspo by-way-of flecked rope laces and a flash of gum rubber on the outsole.
Expected to release soon on Nike.com in the coming weeks but an official date has not yet been supplied. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
