First look // Nike Air Huarache ‘Gold Coin’

From Tinker’s golden era

Yesterday was the born day of Nike sneaker legend Tinker Hatfield – and although Nike celebrate his 66th birthday with a week of Jordan 3s, there’s still more strings to his bow that need to be recognized.

And you can’t honor Tinker without mentioning this silhouette.

Nike’s Air Huarache, which inspired the Air Jordan 7, is another timeless creation from Tinker, and it seems it’ resurgence in 2018 will continue strongly with this ‘Gold Coin’ edition.

There’s no word on the colorway’s significance – if any – but we think it’s timely considering the Tinker attachment.
