The last time that Nike and Foot Locker teamed up on a footwear collection, the response was nothing short of well-received. And although their P(HER)SPECTIVE pairs were a great success, it was their “Supernova” efforts on Nikes Air Max icons that powered the pack home. This time, the Foot Locker family returns with six more selections in a brand new “Remix” thematic that includes editions of the Air Force 1 and four Air Max staples.

All size pairs, whilst each differ vastly in aesthetic, arrives with a combination of plaid, camouflage, and denim set against stark whites and blacks — and in most cases joined by a singular pop of vibrant color. First up on August 8th we the closely-related Air Max Plus and Air Max 97; the former sporting a predominately black plaid-covered upper, a dark denim mudguard wrap, striking red accents, and a lifestyle-friendly gum rubber outsole. The Air Max 97 is a little less subtle about it’s used of prints, with the alternating use of plaid and camo on the uppers, tongues and mid panels, and very minimal use of orange pop.

A week later you’ll be able to get your hands on the Remix Air Force 1 Lows, which pleads a strong case for the pack’s best offerings. Both greatly differing in makeup, one arrives with toe-to-heel faded black denim uppers, and powerful usage of jet black over the midsole and tumbled leather overlays. From here, an abstract mix of accusations culminate to perfection; yellow urban camo Swooshes, plaid liners and white tongues and laces (complete with copper dubraes) work with hot red branding hits and a gum rubber outsole to deliver the pack’s most unique contribution. On the flip side, the accompanying Air Force 1 Low in white keeps things relatively simple, with tumbled white leather uppers, plaid prints on the Swoosh and eyelet overlays, black liners, and an icy-blue translucent outsole.

On August 22nd we’re treated to a dup of Air Max icons, the Air Max 1 and Air Max 90, both of which sports a white-based, black-overlayed base. The 90 is a bit busier than the One, featuring denim, plaid, and camo on the pair’s overlays, whilst deep red accents and gum rubber outsoles further push the pair into the lifestyle arena. The Air Max 1, like the pack’s Air Max 97, alternates between plaid and camo patterns at the collar and forefoot between each foot, with color accents left for a soft volt hue at the tongue liner, upper eyelet, outsole, and Air supports.

Grab a quick look at all six pairs here below, and look for these to start rolling out at the Foot Locker family of stores (Foot Locker, Champs, Eastbay, and Footaction) from August 8th.
