Nike is doing the most with the Air Force 1 for its 40th anniversary, from collaborations with Drake and Louis Vuitton to toothbrush-wielding Anniversary releases. The silhouette’s mainline release schedule is delivering quality, too, like this upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Low “82” that tacks on two midfoot Checks in leather and suede

The second colorway from this kids-exclusive collection to surface, this once boasts a bright yellow leather, before working into bright white tongues, laces, and Grind Rubber-flecked soles. It’s “82” title — a reference to the year the model was introduced — rests at the tongue in a trippy, stylized font, with the heel “NIKE” insignia also sporting a retro finish. Dual black and white Swooshes sit at the midfoot in suede and leather respectively, with Pinwheel-branded insoles rounding out the design.

While an official release date for this double-Swooshed Nike Air Force 1 Low “82” has yet to be revealed, the surfacing of product imagery would suggest that a release is on the way.
