Nike's Newest "Floral" Air Force 1 Features a Black-Red Makeover
The Nike Air Force 1 is ready to celebrate its 45th anniversary in style, amassing a healthy mix of high-profile collaborations, elevated in-line releases, and widely-accessible, versatile drops.
Before 2027 arrives, however, Bruce Kilgore's "presidential" silhouette is dressing up in new ensembles, delivering "appetizers" to the "main course" that will be next year. For its latest effort, the AF-1 has taken on another "Floral" makeover.
As with past finishes on the 44-year-old franchise, a dark-colored tumbled leather upper sets the stage for an all-over frenzy of flower graphics. Each pedaled image indulges in a shade of red, pink, or orange, making for a fall-friendly sneaker. Underfoot, the Air Force 1 sees a pitch-black sole unit that allows for the upper's details to pop even more.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com release details. Pairs, however, are already available at retailer Hibbet.
