2022 has seen everything from classic Jewel and Jelly Swooshes, to new variations like the “Glitch” and translucent “TPU” Checks fit out the Nike Sportswear range. Now it’s time for an old (but fairly recent) favorite to return, with this Nike Air Force 1 “Brushstroke Swoosh” bringing back the artisan arrangement that rose to popularity back in 2020.
Settling on a staple white leather upper, the pair shuffles quickly to incorporate some color, with the titular Swoosh in muted green reaching back to rugged orange suedes at the heel. The traditional Swoosh overlay rests atop in translucent TPU, all of which rests atop a cement grey sole unit that has been peppered with Grind Rubber flakes. Capping off the design are some minor brandmark at the tongue (in orange) and over the vamp (in green).
