Though it’s obvious that Nike is unwavering in its approach to bold, new options of the Air Force 1. The deconstructed LXX edition is but one of the more recent variations that have explored panel shifting and remodeling, though it’s often avoided bold colorways due to its already audacious aesthetic. We’ve noticed, though, that slowly-but-surely, Nike is introducing colors and prints into the rehashed design, including this new pink-opped option that introduces topography-like textures.
Like the recently-revealed “Topography Pack” releases, this Air Force 1 Low LXX “Pink Foam” also ushers in wavy terrain-like designs. But unlike the aforementioned collection, this Uptown stitches on the design to the upper, complete with is integrated — almost hidden — Swooshes. The detailed finish is found at the toe, tongue, mid-panel, and rear overlay, with the pair’s remaining overlays arriving in straight tumbled pink leather. Split Swooshes are set in smooth white leather finishes, and are matched in color by the liner, rear branding, dubraes, and sole unit to complete the design.
