Showing up in all kinds of ways for its 40th-anniversary celebration, Bruce Kilgore’s Air Force 1 has seen everything from the simple to the downright audacious. This new-to-surface Nike Air Force 1 Low “Triple Orange” sits somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, with its simple one-color construct delivered in gaudy orange hues.
From toe to tail, save the tongue tags, the pair is dressed in a muted orange hue. Its construction is mostly of lightly tumbled leather, with Swooshes swapped out for something smooth. Nylon tongues, liners, and laces each stick to their respective staple textiles, whilst dubraes swap the classic brushed nickel for orange enamel. An all-orange sole unit, orange insoles, and tonal branding throughout complete the design.
