Joining the recently-revealed Air Force 1 Low Shadow as part of a wider Nike Sportswear collection, this new Nike Air Force 1 Low “Multi-Material” also features a myriad of textiles throughout its makeup, alongside a bevy of prints and boisterous colors.
Including hex and waffle quilted nylons, patterned silks, and printed satin tongues, the pair is on par with the Shadow, though it’s extremely more exploratory in its color selection. Instead of staple whites seen on the Shadow, this release looks to bold black for its bulk, with identical dressings like tartan, floral silks, and gingham fabrics fitting out the eyestay and heel overlays. Panels are separated not only by material makeup but also by colorful overlock stitching — all of which is countered by an unadulterated white sole unit sitting underfoot.
