With the silhouette’s 40th anniversary almost at the halfway point, the iconic Air Force 1 and its family of modified designs have put on a strong showing thus far in 2022. For the back-end of the year, you can expect much the same — if not more — from the design, the newest of which has just appeared: the Nike Air Force 1 PLT.AF.FORM “Yellow Croc

Built for early autumn wear, the pair looks to seasonal hues of sail, golden-yellow, and clay reds, with fresh pops of bright green to signify the changing of the season. Material-wise, the noticeable and bold reptilian leathers work in golden hues across the overlays, with contrasting suede Swooshes in muted red. The mid panel, toe box, and tongue tip all feature s smooth creamy leather, while sail canvas overlays at the eyestay and heel add another element to the multi-faceted release. All of this rests atop a sail and gum sole unit to complete the design.

A release date for this new Nike Air Force 1 PLT.AF.FORM “Yellow Croc” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com soon.
