With the marquee Air Max 90 release for 2020 now in the rearview mirror, Nikenow has its sights set on something new for the 30-year-old icon. And, despite this Air Max 90 “Hot Lime” utilizing only three colors, it’s one of the boldest drops the silhouette has seen this year.
Simple, mostly black blocking enables the pair’s striking white and piercing neon green accents to pop. The latter famously graces the entirety of the midsole, as well as select branding hits and tongue, while crisp white Swooshes cut through the jet black upper like a hot knife through butter. Almost everything else arrives in black, from the mesh uppers to the leather and nubuck overlays and everything in between. The pair is then capped off with “Hot Lime” Air supports and matching insoles.
