With autumn releases just moments away from hitting shelves, we’re beginning to see a lot more of Nike’s classics get a material overhaul for the season. This new Air Max 97 is one of those, as it looks to water-resistant fabrications for seasonal functionality.
Anchored in black ripstop upper and nylon tongue, the pair quickly looks to hues of golden yellow and white to fit out the wavy overlays on the upper and tongue. A grey-green mudguard links into the color-matched Air supports that rest below bright white midsoles. More grey-green hues return underfoot at the outsole,
