Fruity themes are running rampant through Nike’s Spring/Summer catalog, from the Stoned Fruit SB Dunks to the blatant “Fruit Pack” that serves up the likes of the Avocado and Banana-flavored Dunks, to Dragonfruit and Coconut Air Force 1s. There’s also a kids-exclusive “Fruit Juice” pack, as well as this super-sweet Air Max collection that is seemingly flying under the radar. First spotted on the Air Max Plus “Grape”, this currently unnamed collection will expand into a second release, with the surfacing of this Nike Air Max 97 “Blueberry”

Like the TN, the titular fruit is celebrated on the insole, with a special graphic below the typical Nike Air branding. The exterior follows suit, with a quartet of blue overlays working from the darkest over the tongue, to the lightest just above the mudguard — all reflective. Its mesh upper and mid panel, mudguard, and midsole all bath in white, before blue returns to the Air supports and Swoosh detailing found throughout.

A release date for this Nike Air Max 97 “Blueberry” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks.
