As we work deeper into the new year, it seems that options of the 25th-anniversary Air Max 97are appearing more frequently — especially as we approach the silhouettes strong Spring/Summer showing. The next to be served up is a sweet one, with this Nike Air Max 97 “Creamsicle” taking on the scheme made famous by the classic Summer treat.

The ostensible nod to the frozen delicacy is delivered atop an all-cream anchor, with nylon uppers and tonal leather overlays slowly working to warmer cream-orange hues on the 3M reflective overlays, before reaching striking orange accents on the branding, medial line, and insoles. A creamy midsoles and Air support system sits beneath, while its encasing outsole looks to mimic the bland wooden stick in which the treats are set in and handled.
