The Air Max 97 Appears in Black, White and Silver for Summer

Despite the fact that the silhouette is celebrating its 25th anniversary, all has been quiet for the Air Max 97. That’s understandable, though, considering it does its best work over the summer season. And with that now weeks away, you can expect to see Christian Tresser’s iconic design delivered in droves — including this new black, white, and silver scheme.

An ultra-versatile white mesh plays host to a slew of monochrome overlays, from 3M reflective on the profile and tongue, to smooth black leather guards and mesh mid panels. Liners pulls and laces follow in hue, with white Swooshes at the mid panel and tongue served up in both contrasting and tonal finishes. White and black sole units sit underfoot, of which house metallic silver Air supports that link back to the aforementioned reflective overlays.

A release date for this sustainable Nike Air Max 97 in Black, White, and Silver is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming months.
