Nike Air Max 97 “South Beach” Surfaces for Summer

A common theme for the Air Max lineage — and more so the Air Max 97 — the refreshing SoFlo aesthetic will return this Summer to more than just LeBron’s retro line. Surfacing today is this new Nike Air Max 97 “South Beach” brings in everything great about Summer sneakers. Bright, white, breathable mesh uppers and tonal overlays, and pops of pink and teal to make you feel like you’re on vacay, whether you’re in Oregon or SoBe itself.

With white leather and mesh making up most of the release, the aforementioned hues get to work at the medial-line overlays, liners, heel pulls, and branding hits to provided some oomph. Things get a little darker underfoot, with deep teal Air supports and black outsoles propping up the pair, one which is then completed by signature 3M reflective finishes applied to the uppermost wavy overlays.
