Charles Barkley’s signature line continues to cycle through retros, and the Nike Air Max CB 94 “Triple Black” is the latest to reenter the fold. After last appearing in 2023—and previously in 2020—the all-black classic is proving itself to be a staple that Nike’s not ready to shelve.
Like earlier editions, this 2026 version sticks to the formula. The pair features tumbled leather, smooth nubuck, and neoprene-like mesh in a stealthy, monochromatic finish. Branding on the tongue, sidewall, and heel follows suit in tonal black, while reflective polka-dot perforations on the straps break up the upper’s uniform look. A visible Air unit in the heel and chunky midsole continues to define the model’s aggressive '90s-era basketball DNA.
Though its hardwood legacy is tied to Barkley’s heyday, the Air Max CB 94 has long outgrown its on-court roots. Today, it's more associated with streetwear and retro collectors, especially in this versatile “Triple Black” colorway.
Expect the Nike Air Max CB 94 “Triple Black” to release in Spring 2026 via Nike.com and select retailers.
Also coming your way in 2026 is an Air Jordan 4 "Lakers" for NBA All-Star Weekend.
