Nike’s Air Max Plus 2 Pops Up in Blue and Pink

Being the lesser-known brother of the Air Max Plus and Air Max Plus 3, the Tuned Air’s middle child has to do something drastic to get your attention. And right on cue, the sneaker has appeared in an audacious option that only the Air Max Plus line could pull off. This Air Max Plus 2 boasts a stunning royal and navy base, with the former working its way from the rear to meet the latter at the toe. The striking hot pink forefoot overlays glide back to a jet black, and are countered by a beautiful matte blue rear that’s reminiscent of Penny’s Foamposites past. White laces and medial line detail add an extra element to the otherwise colorful kicks, while dark navy at the toe, and midsole merge with the black of the outsole to create a forefoot anchor. Completeing the design is a fully-tranlucent rear Tuned Air window, highlighter pink accents through the outsole, and TN branding throughout.
