First Looks // Nike Air Max Plus “Dusk”

Despite the looming presence of the winter months, the Nike Air Max Plus is sticking to its gaudy gradient guns, with the newest colorway from Sean McDowell’s legendary trainer looking back once more to the sunsets of South Beach for inspiration.

Dusky uppers of orange-to-purple gradients are met by complimentary caging, though inverted in its application. Bold blacks work to their immediate surroundings to represent the impending night sky, with pink-to-black midfoot shanks showing the transition from dusk to night. A classic white midsole sits underfoot, with orange Air supports and staple black rubber outsoles rounding out the design.

A Nike USrelease date for this new Air Max Plus “Dusk” is unknown, but you should expect to see it sneak into select retailers and Nike.com in the coming weeks, as pairs are already available in Europe.
